Applicants must:
- live or attend school within the WRIA 9 Watershed, which includes the Enumclaw, Tahoma, Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Renton, Highline, Vashon, and Seattle school districts;
- be between the grades of 9 and 12;
- serve for one year; and
- have parent permission to serve if under 18.
- Selected Youth Members will receive a $500 stipend for a one-year term commitment.
- All applicants will be considered regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, or ability.
