Major agenda items are: Hear an update on work being done by US Fish and Wildlife Service and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to assess predatory fish populations and impacts on juvenile salmon; Council members will hear an overview and consider approval of WRIA 8 Project Subcommittee grant funding recommendations for habitat protection and restoration projects, monitoring and assessment actions and education and outreach programs; review and discuss WRIA 8 staff’s 2023 draft work plan.
