Please note that the project website identifies three project phases: Phase 1 focused on single-family home acquisitions and relocation assistance; Phase 2 focused on mobile home park acquisition and relocation assistance; and Phase 3 was the levee removal project. The monitoring report combines Phase 1 and 2 into a single phase (Phase 1, for simplicity) and refers to the levee removal project as Phase 2.
