Fall is here, and salmon are returning to streams and rivers around Puget Sound. Watch for these natural beauties at viewing sites listed here - and cheer them on if you see them!

"Meet the Salmon" along Bear Creek in Woodinville

Dates: September 20 (3-5 p.m.), September 23 & 24 (1-4 p.m.), September 27 (3-5 p.m.), and September 30 & October 1 (1-4 p.m.)

Water Tenders will host "Meet the Salmon" events at the Tolt Pipeline crossing on Bear Creek near Woodinville. Joan Water Tenders volunteers on the above dates in September and October.

Driving directions:

Head to the Tolt Pipeline where it crosses Mink Road NE (between NE 148th St. and NE 150th Pl.) in Woodinville. Park on either side of the road and walk east on the pipeline trail about 1/4 mile to the kiosk at Bear Creek. Or use this map: https://goo.gl/maps/7yhACojuCRS2.
