The Business Waste Line operator coordinates the appropriate response to complaint calls and interagency referrals concerning the mismanagement of hazardous materials. This coordination minimizes the possibility of redundant site visits and assures the appropriate agency responds to the specific complaint.
 
To report a complaint, call (206) 263-8899 during normal business hours. In cases of emergency, dial 911.
